Russell Broom is a Calgary based “music guy” who is best known for his guitar/writing/production/engineering work with Jann Arden, including the albums “Uncover Me”, “Jann Arden”, “Love Is The Only Soldier”,“Greatest Hurts”.
Other production credits include SheDaisy (Lyric Street/Disney), The Dudes (Load/EMI), Dojo Workhorse (Load/EMI) , Lindsay Ell (Fontana), Chixdiggit (Fat Wreck Chords), Michael Bernard Fitzgerald (Load/EMI) and a bunch more. He’s also mixed a bunch of #1 singles heard all over the world by artists such as Jann Arden (Universal), Brand New Sunset (Sony/BMG Thailand), Slot Machine (Sony/BMG Thailand). More recent credits include: Producing/Mixing Jason McCoy’s Christmas at the Grand Special 2010, Bellestar (CMT), and mixing the Dakota Sessions for CMT – including: Sarah Harmer, Ron Sexsmith, Doc Walker, and many more.
